TTEC assumed the lease on an existing 25,000 sf office space. The renovations included the construction of large workstation spaces to support the call center. New offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, breakout spaces, and support spaces where constructed. The facility’s backbone included the server room with a large UPS battery backup, high-efficiency HVAC, and access controls systems.
