This project involved the full interior fit-up and renovation of an existing, vacant 40,000 square foot (SF) office building. The project primary focus was the construction of a centralized large multipurpose training facility. Supporting facilities included classrooms, locker rooms, gym facilities, office fit outs, cafeteria and multi-unit bathrooms.
