The existing three story NYCOM facility houses not only NYCOM, but over 10 tenants. While the office suites have been refreshed recently the lobby, stairwells and corridors needed a upgrade. The corridors received new wood doors, with sidelights at each suite entrance. Additional improvements included new ceilings, LED lighting, paint and flooring. The lobby was completely renovated increasing its ceiling height, and finished with a custom mural, specialty lighting and a epoxy floor system.
