The project consisted of a two-phase expansion of the existing cannabis grow facility. MR2 coordinated multiple prime contractors, separating the core, shell, and tenant fit-out. This allowed for the expedited delivery of each phase. Additionally, MR2 provides logistics and coordination for a 14 million-dollar owner’s early procurement package, including coordinating deliveries, rigging, material inspections, and installation teams. The project included new concrete foundations, slabs, Pre-insulated metal wall systems, structural steel, EPDM roofing, and finishes. The project’s specialty plumbing and HVAC systems required extensive coordination among the collaborative design team, owner, and prime contractors teams. A 10 MW new primary electrical service was coordinated with the utility and landlord to extend from the substation 2.5 Miles away.
