The Colonial 1 Project consisted of rehabilitating an 83 Unit affordable housing building dedicated to seniors in need. The project was completed in four stacks, allowing for the complete removal of the exterior façade and upgrade to a new energy-efficient wall assembly. The façade was panelized offsite and shipped to the site for erection do the limited laydown area and time constraints. The façade was completed with all new windows, parapets, and roof systems. Each unit was completely refreshed, receiving new fixtures, finishes, and appliances. Common spaces were also upgraded as part of the project
