The growing Albany Police Department required a new training facility for there staff. Additionally new office space was necessary to meet their growing needs. A complete renovation and conversion of the first floor included, new bathrooms, lockers, training rooms, IT support, security systems, finishes and a generator. Other building wide improvements included replacing all HVAC systems, LED lighting, Site amenities and roofing.
