When Albany Country Club wanted to a upgrade their existing pool house, they tasked MR2 Construction with a Design assist solution that improved the buildings function as well as provided an architectural enhancement to the space. The existing bathrooms where removed and new core men’s, women’s and family bathrooms where created. The space received new epoxy floors and base, all new plumbing fixtures, lighting and selective hvac replacement. Finishing touches included a new roof, vanities, doors and hardware and exterior paint.
